Step into a high-impact role where your work drives real business results! In this position, you'll take the lead on developing and launching complex, strategic marketing programs and projects to attract, convert and retain customers to support key business segments. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing campaigns, optimizing acquisition channels, and driving measurable business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to acquire and engage new customers across various platforms (search, social media, display, email, etc.).
  • Oversee development, optimization and maintenance of paid media campaigns (e.g., paid social, paid search, programmatic advertising) to maximize ROI.
  • Assist in assessing audience research and segmentation to tailor campaigns for targeted acquisition goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams including sales and account management, legal/compliance, content creators, designers, product managers, and data analysts to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive strategies to innovate digital customer acquisition efforts.
  • Oversee budget allocation, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve acquisition targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant marketing experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant marketing experience in customer acquisition preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategy, tactics and approaches including direct marketing, digital and web/on-line.
  • Experience in managing successful paid media campaigns and driving measurable growth
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication including strong composition, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Advanced organizational/time management and project management skills and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible, work with ambiguity, and work with urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced verbal and written communications skills, including presentations.
  • Healthcare or dental industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Analytics or similar platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.

Base Pay Information

The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
Pay Grade 19. $63,700 - $133,500
