Associate Account Services Coordinator
The Associate Account Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and executing administrative and processing tasks within Account Services to support both internal and external customers. This role ensures the timely and accurate handling of customer requests—such as benefit summaries, administrative-level changes, and contact updates—while maintaining accurate account data in company systems. Working closely with Account Services Coordinators, this position provides high-level administrative support that strengthens relationships and contributes to the success of both our customers and Delta Dental.

Location: Hybrid role based out of either our Alpharetta or Camp Hill office.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a strong understanding of system configurations related to benefit structures, products, and plan designs to accurately process administrative and non-rated changes.
- Handle customer requests for information, benefit highlight summaries, and other administrative needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data for client presentations and reports.
- Research and resolve account-related issues using internal systems and workflows, ensuring timely communication of resolutions.
- Interpret and summarize complex information from internal departments into clear, customer-ready responses.
- Support open enrollment meetings and occasionally deliver presentations at customer locations or virtually.
- Assist with special projects and provide additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales and Account Management with a focus on administrative and client support preferred.
- Experience in both direct and indirect client support.
- Insurance license may be required in some states.
- Familiarity with Current Dental Terminology (CDT) codes and dental nomenclature is a plus.

- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (ET).
- Ability to report to the local office up to two times per month and as needed for meaningful events (e.g., town halls, volunteering, team building).
Base Pay Information
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
Pay Grade 13. $33,600 - $67,900
