Position Summary
Our Deloitte Human Capital team helps organizations create value through people performance. Work You'll Do
As a UKG Workforce Management (WFM) System Admin, you will:
- Oversee virtual server management, ensuring performance and security of Windows Server 2016, IIS 8.x, JBoss 6.3, CentOS, Red Hat, and MS SQL Server 2018
- Install, configure, and deploy server environments according to best practices and organizational standards, ensuring compliance with UKG WFM requirements
- Address server-related needs and ensure smooth operation of the UKG WFM system
- Monitor server performance and health metrics, implementing tuning and optimization techniques to enhance performance and reliability
- Diagnose and resolve server-related issues, including software failures, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity problems, ensuring minimal downtime
- Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions to protect data and ensure business continuity in case of server failure
- Ensure server security by applying patches, updates, and best practices and conduct regular security audits

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with managing virtual servers to include Windows Server, IIS, JBoss, CentOS, Red Hat, and/or MS SQL Server
- 1+ years of experience with installing, configuring, and deploying server environments in compliance with UKG Workforce Management (WFM) requirements
- Experience with overseeing virtual server management, monitoring server performance, diagnosing and resolving server issues, and ensuring server security
- Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
- Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)
- Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
- Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
- Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Azure Administrator and/or Red Hat System Administrator (RHSA) Certified
- Knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their integration with on-premises systems
