Work You'll Do

As a UKG WFM Absence Support Specialist, you will:

  • Investigate and resolve intricate technical issues related to the UKG WFM Absence module, ensuring timely and effective solutions
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Absence module, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of the Absence module, including policies, workflows, and reporting
  • Identify areas for improvement within the Absence module and recommend enhancements to optimize user experience and system efficiency
  • Ensure integration and functionality of the Absence module within the broader WFM system
  • Handle escalated support tickets from Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, documenting and ensuring quality control of resolutions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and FAQs

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions
  • Experience with UKG WFM Absence module functionalities, configurations, and best practices
  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Lake Mary, FL or Mechanicsburg, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs, which may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline; or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • UKG Workforce Central 8.1 and UKG Pro WFM Certified
  • Knowledge of integrations involving UKG WFM and other HR or payroll systems
  • Knowledge of change management and process improvement methodologies
