Position Summary
TEMPORARY TALENT WORKFORCE : Senior Specialist, PPMD Relations
This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment. Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte's health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program. We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Senior Specialist, PPMD Relations role between for our Partner, Principal, and Managing Director (PPMD) Relations team.

Work you'll do
The PPMD Relations Senior Specialist will support internal admissions activities, as well as other activities in the PPMD Relations purview. This includes process design and execution, communications and content management on DeloitteNet, webcast planning and execution, reporting and analyses, support of the LEAD program, and various logistical and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supports delivery and administration of PPMD Relations processes, projects, and services for PPMDs and PPMD candidates
- Interacts with top leaders and stakeholders across the businesses and the overall firm, including the Office of the CEO, Office of the Chair, and business CEO teams and PPMD Excellence teams. Occasionally, interacts with DTTL member firm constituents.
- Responsible for communications to support internal admissions candidates throughout the admissions process, including written communications, PPT informational summaries, webcast series, and content management on DNet and MS Teams
- Creates schedules/workplans, manages logistics, and curates content/updates in coordination with various subject matters experts in the Firm for New PPMD Essentials webcast series for internal admissions candidates.
- Compiles and verifies data from multiple sources and creates various Excel reports related to internal admissions, PPMD milestones and PPMD retirements/exits
- Contributes to all aspects of planning, coordination and execution of the LEAD program, a development meeting and celebratory event for new PPMDs. This will include collaborating with various stakeholders and support teams within the Firm, in particular Meeting and Events Services, as well as with external vendors.
- Supports core administrative functions of the team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings/webcasts, coordinating with zoom producers, mailbox monitoring, reviewing and submitting invoices, stakeholder coordination, filing official records, and Teams maintenance
- Supports the Senior Manager and Manager in all aspects of PPMD internal relations and other PPMD Relations projects; performs other job-related duties as assigned within PPMD Relations
The Team
The PPMD Relations team is part of the Deloitte US PPMD Excellence Team, which sets the strategy for the US Firm PPMD talent lifecycle, covering admissions, succession, performance management, relations, and transitions. The national team collaborates with all Deloitte businesses to develop, assess, and guide the careers of our Partners, Principals and Managing Directors (PPMDs), in an objective, unbiased manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; post-graduate coursework is desirable
- Minimum 4 years of related experience
- Exceptional project management, organizational and communications skills; strong executive presence to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with executive leaders
- Ability to work comfortably in Excel with large data sets and compile/aggregate or review data across multiple sources (e.g., VLOOKUP formulas, pivot tables)
- Strong PowerPoint skills to update or create new content in organized, easy-to-consume formats
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual, fast-paced, highly visible, multi-tasking environment
- Ability to independently drive work forward and manage to a schedule/workplan with deliverables; ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining high quality work products
- Ability to manage highly confidential data with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60000 to $110,500.
