Work you'll do
- Install new or upgraded IT hardware, including computers, servers, network devices, and peripherals, following established deployment procedures and configuration standards
- Install, configure, and test new or updated software applications, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and compliance with organizational standards
- Apply standard operating system images to devices, configure necessary settings, and perform initial testing to confirm proper functionality
- Support data migration processes to new devices and ensure backup and recovery measures are in place
- Collaborate with IT staff to safeguard critical data and minimize data loss during the tech refresh
- Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during installation and upgrades, working with other IT teams as needed to ensure smooth deployment
- Maintain accurate records of installed equipment, configuration settings, and serial numbers
- Update asset management systems to reflect newly deployed devices and retired equipment
- Provide guidance to end-users on using new or upgraded systems and respond to any questions or concerns about the tech refresh process
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements related to equipment handling, disposal, and data security

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to be onsite 100% of the time in one of the locations listed: Washington, DC; Reston VA; Colorado Springs CO; Tampa FL; Huntsville AL; St. Louis MO
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
- 5 years experience with technology refresh installation
- Asset Management experience
- Knowledge of data migration execution, installation management and testing
- Active Security+ certification
Preferred:
- Active ITIL certification
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,000 to $163,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.#LI-AM21
