Work you'll do

Serving as technology visionaries, Technology Fellows are our most senior, pre-eminent technology leaders, who are sought after to pioneer our most challenging solutions and architectures. A Technology Fellow's "highest and best use" is focused on making use of elevated expertise to navigate complextechnology efforts.

A Technology Fellow contributes to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

  • Architecting complex, innovative technology solutions with a focus on business outcomes, cost of quality, and long-term scalability and sustainability
  • Leveraging expertise across the most strategic projects to minimize delivery risk and ensure system performance and scalability
  • Driving adoption of relevant technologies and best practices by project teams
  • Leading asset design and development and supports monetization of assets
  • Engaging with C-Suite client leadership during sales and delivery
  • Executing architecture strategy, definition, and designs with other ecosystem partners on large scale programs, as applicable
  • Maintaining professional architecture recognition internally and externally (e.g., through cross-industry tech advisory roles, publishing POVs, blogs and speaking at external forums)

The Team

Our AI & Data practice offers comprehensive solutions for designing, developing, and operating advanced Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. We help clients innovate, enhance, and manage their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can grow and scale effectively

Qualifications

Required:

  • 15+ years of data and AI technology solutions and ecosystems consulting experience, to include architecting advanced, large-scale solutions for diverse industries, leveraging hyperscalers to deliver flawless results
  • 10+ years experience leading, managing and delivering global large-scale technology engagements with engineering teams in multiple locations
  • 5+ years sales experience in shaping Executive-level conversations and providing strategic advice, including selling and solutioning of professional services deals, with a proven track record in sales origination
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Ability to make and meet commitments on a tight timeline with right-sized scoping on "must haves" to realize customer wins
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
  • Demonstrated experience driving both the sales cycle by taking the lead in framing out client opportunities and leading the pursuit team to create the proposal content for client discussions
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Demonstrated experience with management and delivery of multiple strategic engagements for large global organizations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $247,300 to $412,100.
