Work you'll do/Responsibilities
This project outlines the creation and reconfiguration of POD teams to address new projects and phases in personal lines insurance with Deloittes Insurance Client. Teams will be either newly formed or reconfigured with over 50% new resources to ensure they possess the necessary skills for innovative and evolving project requirements.

- Guide architectural decisions, enforce coding standards, and participate in code reviews for robust, maintainable solutions.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring effective test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead Scrum teams by setting goals, aligning efforts with business priorities, supporting agile practices, and promoting accountability and transparency.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and career development to build a high-performing engineering team.
- Utilize JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Use Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Leverage ServiceNow for incident management and workflow automation.
- Create process flows and architecture diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
- Work with product owners and business analysts to define project scope, translate requirements into actionable tasks, and manage resource allocation.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders; lead post-mortems and root cause analysis for incidents.
- Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and technologies; drive DevOps adoption and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and sprint demos; collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog; ensure the team adheres to agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Our Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure offering delivers specialized engineering capabilities to design, implement, manage, and operate hybrid cloud environments. We modernize networks and AI infrastructure from the core to the edge and develop new infrastructure and device services to help clients stay ahead with the latest technology advancements.
Qualifications
Required
- 9+ years of manager experience including Scrum master
- 9 + years of technical experience in coming up with High level Arcticture and help team with Design where neccessary
- 10+ years of experience at least 4+ in leading and managing team
- PMP or Scrum Certified prefered
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
