Work you'll do

  • The System Engineering Manager will plan and lead systems engineering efforts.
  • Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirement specifications.
  • Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities.
  • Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternative approaches and conduct feasibility studies.
  • Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
  • Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
  • Develop technical, system architecture, and design documentation.
  • Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment.
  • Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the system engineering area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in system engineering, computer science, information systems, or related discipline required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • Must be willing to work onsite five days/week
  • 20 years of experience as a System Engineer.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience leading and directing client meetings as an SME.
