Position Summary
Our Deloitte Human Capital team helps organizations create value through people performance. Work You'll Do
As a Survey Analyst for our Federal client, you will:
- Support the annual Employee Climate Survey at a large government agency
- Provide support and expertise throughout the survey lifecycle to include survey planning, communications, program management, analysis, reporting, briefings, and ad hoc analysis
- Analyze and update scripts for the survey, then conduct the analysis and QC the reporting and briefing decks before they are provided to senior leaders across the agency
- Bring ideas to the client to improve and modernize their analytic practices

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- 2+ years of experience with Human Capital; preferably, in a consulting environment
- Experience with data analysis and data visualization
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in I/O psychology preferred
- Experience supporting Employee Surveys
- Experience using the following tools for data analysis: Python, R, SPSS, Tableau
