Subject Matter Expert IV- Supply Chain Policy Analysis

Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:

• Maintain and update internal logistics policies; review and draft proposed changes; manage issuance development and provide monthly status reports.
• Create and maintain end-to-end business process maps; ensure compliance and regularly update documentation.
• Analyze policy proposals, draft updates, ensure legal compliance, implement approved changes, and coordinate with issuance managers.
• Support governance and program management for supply functions; analyze practices and suggest improvements; track key events.
• Provide policy and procurement support for transportation activities; recommend process improvements and manage metrics and special requests.
• Develop and maintain doctrine and policy for operational contract support (OCS), vendor threat management (VTM), and private security contractors (PSC); support governance, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
• Conduct time-sensitive studies and special projects; deliver findings via reports and briefings; coordinate subject matter expert participation as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• Master's Degree Required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be willing to go on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week
• Secret Clearance Required
• 10+ years experience in supply chain logistics policy to include analyzing policy proposals and draft updates
• 2+ years experience in process moving and business improvement
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
