Work you'll do

As a Strategic Change Management Senior Manager, you will use AI and data-driven solutions to address the behavioral change aspects of client transformation and business objectives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading teams on successful project engagements
  • Continually seeking to improve methodologies and approaches to provide cutting edge thinking and deliverables
  • Responsible for business development efforts including Statements of Work (SOW), identifying new and add on opportunities, proposal development, client presentations, etc.
  • Build relationships with peers, leaders, and clients to identify and connect to business development opportunities
  • Serve as trusted advisor and strategic change management expert to senior executives at industry-leading clients
  • Apply proprietary tools, technology, and software to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance and readiness for change
  • Lead development of comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change and transition initiatives and engage leadership
  • Manage identification of required leadership/stakeholder attributes and articulate the importance of leadership in an effective change process
  • Help clients articulate their desired future-state organization, and then help them imagine, build, and sustain the organizational structure, workforce, and culture necessary to realize that vision
  • Identify and mitigate risk by understanding the impact of changes across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Leverage innovative technologies, including AI-powered tools, to enable and enhance change management and communication activities
  • Assess business and organizational readiness and prepare clients to transition
  • Lead and contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.
  • Act in a mentoring/coaching capacity to support the career development of OT colleagues

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in a consulting or industry role
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience leading change and workforce transition
  • Minimum six (6) years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously on relevant engagements
  • Minimum six (6) years of experience in developing Human Capital assets and their related business plans
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in a range of HR functions (e.g., Recruiting, Employee Relations, HR Operations)
  • Minimum six (6) years of driving business transformation across HR, IT, and Supply Chain & Logistics functions.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience driving transformation for global organizations
  • Minimum two (2) years of working experience within a Financial Services organization
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience driving Cloud Transformations
  • Minimum one (1) year of leveraging innovative technologies, including AI-powered tools, to enable and enhance change management and communication activities Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree and/or MBA in related specialization
  • Led and managed teams of 3 - 10 members on human capital strategy projects, overseeing execution of deliverables and supporting team performance.
  • Mentored at least two junior team members by providing formal feedback, supporting skill development, and contributing to their professional growth plans.
  • Minimum (4) years of previous experience in project planning, budget oversight and staffing of project teams including time management
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience creating, deploying, or prompting Custom GPTs or similar AI models in a professional setting.
  • Evidence of active engagement in Human Capital work, such as membership in related professional organizations, completion of relevant coursework or certification, or documented participation in conferences within the past 3 years.
  • Applied analytic and data visualization skills to support at least 3 projects, using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or other visualization platforms to drive decision-making.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $175,300 to $322,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
