Work You'll Do
- Play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customized Digital Solutions (Salesforce platform)
- Work within an agile framework to deliver a Salesforce object model, user interface pages, and workflows for our clients
- Create and maintain system documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and test plans
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs related to client-specific applications and integrations
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise. Our Sales & Service offering designs and implements sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures required to bring customer strategies to life.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study required
- 5+ years of full stack development experience
- Must have experience leading other engineers on a modern tech stack
- Experience using front-end web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and frameworks like Angular or React
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Ability to work on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, ES6, Apex programming
- Experience with Salesforce and LWC
- Additional experience using Next.JS and integrating with a Node-based middleware
- Web Engineering and Web Accessibility experience required
- Experience integrating with WordPress and a bespoke component library
- Agile development on a scrum team experience, using Agile project management tools (JIRA), and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns
- Experience creating and consuming APIs that meet performance and security requirements
