Sr. Oracle Cloud Learning Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Understand client's business requirements and translate them into Oracle Learn solutions.
• Configure and implement Oracle Learn modules according to the client's needs.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Learn to guide clients on best practices and industry standards.
• Coordinate with other Oracle consultants and teams to ensure seamless integration of the Learn module with other Oracle modules.
• Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
• Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation to help clients maximize their use of the Oracle Learn module.
• Provide implementation support and troubleshooting, as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Oracle Learn Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Learn and other HCM modules.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM implementation methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
