Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant you will:

  • Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of ServiceNow and Nuvolo implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Assist clients in diagnosing issues by leveraging advanced analytical techniques, conducting staff interviews, formulating actionable recommendations, and supporting the implementation of proposed solutions
  • Architect and configure ServiceNow/Nuvolo solutions, including data mapping, data migration, and integration with other enterprise systems
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and accurate translation of requirements into delivered solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development
  • Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, exercising sound judgment in client engagements.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and client needs

The team

Our Infrastructure and Real Estate team are trusted advisors to clients in managing physical assets throughout their lifecycle. We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow or Nuvolo implementation experience
  • Experience leading at least 5 full lifecycle ServiceNow or Nuvolo implementations
  • Proficiency in JavaScript programming
  • Experience with data mapping and data migration in ERP or WMS implementations
  • ServiceNow certification in one or more areas
  • Strong understanding of multiple Nuvolo and ServiceNow applications and modules, including Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM), and Clinical Device Management (CDM)
  • Experience configuring and designing transformation processes for ServiceNow clients migrating from legacy solutions
  • Ability to work with development teams to enhance and customize ServiceNow-based applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, CSS, HTML, API integration, and other web-based scripting tools
  • Solution Architect certification (Required: CSA, Preferred: Multiple CIS/CAD certifications, CTA)
  • Understanding of system deployment methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Experience in real estate, facilities management, maintenance & operations, capital projects, or space management
  • Technical and functional knowledge of JavaScript, ReactJS, CSS, HTML, API integration, and other web-based scripting tools and methodologies
  • Experience with Connected Workplace modules within the Nuvolo IWMS platform
  • Multiple CIS/CAD certifications, CTA

You may also be eligible to participate in a sales incentive program, whereby you may be eligible to receive certain incentive compensation amounts based on achievement of certain sales goals set forth each year, subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable program document.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $179,400.
