Work You'll Do

• Implement Out of the Box (OOTB) ServiceNow modules to drive business transformation for clients.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Document and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Leverage software platforms to enhance and transform client/customer service delivery.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with an active polygraph
• 3+ years of Javascript, familiarity with ServiceNow, understanding of ServiceNow data schema
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA

Preferred:

• ServiceNow developer
• ServiceNow modules
• Strong communicator both oral and written
