Work You'll Do:

As a Senior Manager within Enterprise Operations & Risk, you will play a pivotal role in driving Deloitte's Trustworthy AI services, with a particular focus on the rapidly evolving Gen AI/Agent model validation and AI regulatory risk management landscape. Leveraging your deep expertise in Trustworthy AI, corporate compliance, and the TMT industry, you will lead high-impact initiatives for both internal member firm support and external market activation. Your established network and experience will be instrumental in expanding Deloitte's presence in the Trustworthy AI space while also supporting broader risk and compliance offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver Trustworthy AI risk services, including Gen AI/Agent model validation and AI regulatory sensing, for Deloitte member firms and external clients in the TMT sector.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on AI risk management, governance, and compliance, providing strategic guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Activate and expand Deloitte's Trustworthy AI market presence in the TMT industry, leveraging established relationships and industry knowledge.
  • Support the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks that address fairness, transparency, privacy, and regulatory compliance across the AI lifecycle
  • Drive and support eminence-building activities, including thought leadership, team upskilling, and knowledge sharing in the Trustworthy AI and compliance domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated risk and compliance solutions tailored to client needs in the TMT industry.
  • Provide critical support to member firms by addressing capacity gaps and ensuring high-quality delivery of AI risk and compliance services.
  • Activate the market with corporate compliance and business ethics services as bandwidth allows, further strengthening Deloitte's risk and compliance portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience working and managing a team in the Regulatory function.
  • Operational compliance or regulatory management experience.
  • Experience in compliance program strategy and transformational initiatives.
  • Knowledge of processes, controls, and regulatory requirements in core areas.
  • Direct experience in people management, preferably leading cross-function project teams.
  • Strong project/program management skills, with a commitment to excellence in work product delivery.
  • Experience leading business transformation or change management initiatives.
  • Direct working experience related to business strategy, product management, regulatory compliance, risk management, controls oversight, technology, or operations.
  • Experience managing recurring fiscal year sales and revenue management targets.
  • Advanced aptitude with Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong relationship management skills, particularly the ability to build constructive and productive working relationships with clients and among Deloitte practitioners.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to support or lead business proposal development and sales presentations.
  • Experience with health payment policy development and oversight.
  • Experience using, implementing, or supporting systems related to operations, compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, risk or case management, or data management.
  • Experience related to process design, mapping, or development; workflow development; user acceptance testing; data mapping, management, migration, or visualization/analytics; system configuration and testing; status monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Experience leading the translation of risk requirements to user stories to drive new product and system launches.
