Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte's SAP practice, you will:
- Deliver SAP EWM solutions that help clients modernize warehouse operations and improve supply chain performance
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand business needs, assess current-state processes, and help design future-state SAP EWM solutions
- Configure SAP EWM across core warehouse capabilities, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, replenishment, physical inventory, and warehouse structure design
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions across the full implementation lifecycle, from workshops and design through testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Solve complex operational challenges by translating business requirements into practical, scalable SAP-enabled solutions and building strong client relationships through high-quality delivery
- Contribute to the growth of Deloitte's SAP practice through knowledge sharing, mentoring junior team members, and supporting internal initiatives and business development efforts

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus 6 years of SAP, ERP, or consulting experience
- 5+ years of SAP consulting experience in a consulting firm, industry environment, or both supporting solution design and end-to-end delivery
- 3+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience with SAP EWM
- Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including serving in a primary SAP EWM role on 1+ implementation
- Experience configuring SAP EWM across 3+ functional areas, such as inbound processing, outbound processing, warehouse structure design, RF framework, physical inventory, wave management, yard management, or labor management
- 1+ years of hands-on configuration and solution design experience in 1+ SAP module outside of EWM, such as MM, PP/PP-DS, TM, SD, or QM, including customizing, integration design, and end-to-end testing
- Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration program
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of client service delivery experience at a Big Four or comparable consulting firm
- Participation in 1+ SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion or greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Experience with SAP Signavio
- Current SAP certification in SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, or another relevant SAP S/4HANA certification, such as Sourcing and Procurement, QM, or PP
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 - $198,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
