Scrum Master / Functional Lead (Clearance Eligible)

Work You'll Do:
The Functional Lead/Scrum Master facilitates Agile development processes within the team, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement. This role guides the team in adhering to Scrum principles and practices, removes obstacles to progress, and fosters a culture of transparency and accountability. The Functional Lead/Scrum Master works closely with product owners and stakeholders to maximize value delivery, coaches team members on Agile methodologies, and drives successful project completion through iterative development cycles.
- Guide the functional team in requirements gathering for applications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for functional requirements, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document needs.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Lead the team in solution design, configuration, and testing activities.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices, promoting a high-performing, self-organizing team environment.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, technical leads, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Track and report on team performance, sprint progress, and key metrics.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management or IT project management, real world experience managing technical teams.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience leading development teams for Dynamics products/PowerApps.
- SAFe Agile Certification and hands-on experience managing SAFe Agile teams.
- Deep understanding of the relevant business domain and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills for understanding business requirements and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective stakeholder and team interaction.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

- Masters Degree
- Scrum Master Certified
