As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Lead the delivery of SAP HR projects, with a focus on Payroll and Time Evaluation modules.
- Provide expert consulting support on SAP ABAP and SAP ABAP HR, including design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Oversee technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
- Manage project scope, deliverables, and client communications to ensure project success.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on SAP ABAP development, particularly for HR-related functionality.
- Support integration and testing activities related to SAP Payroll and Time Evaluation.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 5+ years of experience with SAP ABAP and SAP ABAP HR.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP Payroll and Time Evaluation modules.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- SAP certification(s) in HR or ABAP.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud HR solutions.
