Work You'll Do

As a Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding all AMS delivery matters and will oversee daily operations of the application support and maintenance team.

Illustrative activities include:

  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs for incident resolution and service requests.
  • Lead and mentor AMS team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular service review meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on service delivery performance using dashboards and analytics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Manage resource allocation and team scheduling to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and problem management for recurring issues.
  • Support contract management activities, including renewals, scope changes, and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree
  • 5 years experience in supporting SAP Industry Specific Solution for Utilities (ISU) solution; data analytics solutions including BW, HANA, SAC, BOBJ, BODS; and OpenText, VIM, Exstream, and Archive Center technologies
  • 5 years experience in leading AMS service delivery, and managing SAP projects
  • Experience in identifying and pursuing innovation and automation opportunities for SAP ISU and SAP ECC solutions
  • 5 years experience in maintaining and enhancing an integrated ecosystem of packaged technologies and COTS solutions including OpenText, OneSource, and Hyperion
  • Experience managing service delivery for technologies including SAP ISU, Data Analytics such as BW, HANA, SAC, BOBJ, BODS, OpenText VIM, Exstream, Archive Center
  • 5 years experience in scoping, estimating, pricing, and delivering projects involving application upgrade, migration, and improvements
  • Ability to travel up to 80% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with client's IT and business leaders
  • Ability to lead executive conversations and facilitate governance cadences

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 - $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
