SAP Functional Sales and Distribution Analyst Solution Specialist

Work You'll Do

As a US Delivery Center Solution Specialist on the team, you will:

• Support senior analysts and leads in documenting current-state and future-state order-to-cash (O2C) processes and business requirements across quotes, sales orders, deliveries, billing, and invoicing.
• Assist with straightforward SAP SD configuration under guidance, including basic order types, item categories, output settings, and reason codes.
• Maintain functional specifications for reports, forms, interfaces, and enhancements with clear business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Execute unit, system integration, and user acceptance test scripts; capture test evidence; log defects; and support re-test cycles through resolution.
• Support master data readiness and validation activities for customers, material views, pricing conditions, and related O2C data objects.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation activities to help identify gaps, improve data quality, and support deployment readiness.
• Assist with cutover planning and go-live readiness activities, including issue triage, defect routing, and production support preparation.
• Support hypercare by tracking issues, updating job aids and SOPs, and helping stabilize O2C processes after go-live.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret security clearance required
• 2+ years experience supporting SAP Sales Distribution or order-to-cash processes
• 1+ years experience with core O2C concepts such as sales orders, deliveries, billing, customer master data, material master data, and pricing
• 1+ years experience supporting testing activities, including test execution, evidence capture, defect tracking, and re-testing
• Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
• Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
• Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
• Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
• Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
