Salesforce Project Delivery Manager (Field Service Certified)

Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) for the Salesforce Field Services project.
- Coach and mentor the team on agile best practices and Scrum principles.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure clear requirements and priorities.
- Remove obstacles and blockers to enable the team's progress and productivity.
- Track and report on sprint progress, team velocity, and project deliverables.
- Ensure the Salesforce Field Service solution meets client needs and quality standards.
- Support change management and adoption efforts

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced experience as a Scrum Master leading agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Expertise in Salesforce platform including configuration and integration.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Field Service implementations.
- Salesforce Field Service certified
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Prior experience serving Public Sector client
- Local to Indianapolis, IN with the ability to be onsite
