Work you'll do

  • Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions
  • Problem solve and offer ideas to solve client issues
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
  • Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  • Assist in proposal development as requested
  • Develop your skills through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
  • Hands-on-keyboard role as a member of the scrum team you will participate in grooming, estimating, solutioning and building user stories in Salesforce

The GPS Digital Customer offering helps public sector and higher education clients transform their businesses and customer interactions through innovative digital experiences. We work with our clients to create, design and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years technology consulting or other relevant industry experience
  • Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Gathering, developing and analyzing business requirements for solution design on Salesforce.com
  • Developing custom applications and performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages
  • Performing data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader
  • Mentoring junior members of the development team.
  • Development experience in UI technologies like Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Components Development, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript would be a plus
  • Ability to migrate Salesforce classic features to Lightning experience, including converting Visualforce pages to lightning components and / or using Lightning Design System with Visualforce pages.
  • Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like GIT, Jenkins, JIRA etc.

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
  • Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology
  • Salesforce Certifications
