Position Summary
Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.
Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Lead and implement automation solutions using leading RPA platforms (such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere)
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Create and maintain process documentation, technical specifications, and user guides
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing automation solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users and team members on RPA solutions
- Improve efficiency and increase business value through automation

Our Finance Operate offering provides ongoing operation of the Finance function as an extension of the Finance Transformation Advise and Implement offering portfolio.
The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- 3+ years of software automation experience
- Reside within a commutable distance to the client site in Chantilly, VA
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week
- Security+ certified
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Previous Professional Services Firm or Big 4 Experience
