Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:
- Advise on logistics policy and strategy, supporting oversight of supply, distribution, transportation, property management, and logistics program support across the Department of Defense.
- Develop, maintain, and update policies; drive operational improvement; ensure auditability and accountability in logistics operations.
- Monitor logistics performance through metrics and provide governance and oversight of activities, including the Defense Working Capital Fund and Commercial Support to Operations.
- Prepare daily read-ahead materials, talking points, and significant activity reports for leadership.
- Manage records, contact lists, and distribution lists; support congressional reporting, legislative review, and audit response.
- Align and report on strategic plans; manage website and social media content; support strategic communications.
- Maintain and update policies and issuances; collect, review, and analyze proposed changes; draft recommendations; manage issuance development; conduct policy research and provide monthly status reports.
- Create, update, and maintain business process maps and enterprise architecture; develop end-to-end process documentation; ensure compliance and update maps as needed.
- Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports; manage CATMS tasks; develop action plans, timelines, and project plans; support audits; maintain SharePoint/MS Teams; support boards and committees; analyze tasks, conduct research, and prepare briefings and memorandums.
- Analyze internal and external policy proposals; draft and recommend updates; ensure legal compliance; implement approved changes; coordinate with issuance managers; recommend supporting process mapping.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be willing to go on-site in Alexandria for up to 5 days a week
- Secret Clearance Required
- 5+ years experience in supply chain logistics and policy analysis
- 1+ years experience supporting congressional reporting, legislative review, and audit response
- 1+ years experience supporting directorate-specific functions such as supply, transportation, or operations
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,600 to $134,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
