Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior offices and teams, including management of office logistics such as guest access, supply inventory, equipment functionality, workspace maintenance, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
  • Plan, set up, and break down meeting spaces; manage audio/visual requirements; support both in-person and virtual engagements; record and distribute meeting minutes and track action items to completion.
  • Prepare and coordinate draft correspondence, memos, presentations, talking points, white papers, and briefing materials; develop strategic communications and event summaries for leadership.
  • Monitor and manage internal and external tasks using tracking systems; compile and submit weekly activity and significant action reports; support reporting and document management for legislative or regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate updates to internal web content; maintain and update standard operating procedures and office documentation.
  • Implement and maintain preventive, detective, and corrective internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance; receive, track, and manage audit requests and responses; maintain master tracking lists and support corrective action plans.
  • Support transition activities including staff onboarding, documentation transfer, and equipment turnover; collect and report performance data aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be willing to go on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Secret security clearance required
  • 5+ years experience in administrative support and office management
  • 1+ years experience managing office logistics, supply inventory, and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • 1+ years experience coordinating meetings and events, including A/V support and virtual platforms, preparing correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials for executive level leadership

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,600 to $134,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
