Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:

  • Leverage existing understanding of the clients Medical Disability Examination process in order to develop training material curriculums and content to support healthcare providers.
  • Partner with healthcare providers to share disability evaluation knowledge via live trainings, 1:1 sessions, and small group coaching.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of the medical disability evaluation process.
  • Follow all processes and procedures related to program operations and safeguarding personally identifiable personal health information.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors degree OR Associates degree plus 2 years of experience Or high school diploma plus 4 years of experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • 2+ years of experience providing training and coaching to healthcare professionals on how to complete Medical Disability Examinations to the standard required by the client.
  • 2+ years of experience providing technical assistance to healthcare professionals on how to complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires in accordance with legal standards
  • 2+ years of experience working with Quality Assurance Specialists to implement process improvements to enhance examiner performance in completing disability evaluations

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of prior experience working with a Medical Disability Examinations vendor.
  • Experience conducting quality reviews of Disability Benefits Questionnaires in accordance with established medical and legal requirements.
  • Understanding of Compensation and Pension policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of medical terminology.
