Program Manager | Top Secret Clearance Required
Position Summary
Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work You'll Do
Deloitte has been engaged to support the client in IT business management, cybersecurity management, data management, infrastructure management, and network security modernization management. You will be part of a large and dynamic team enabling the client to fulfill its primary mission of protecting and providing access to the right technology and data to empower the client's mission. The client works with operational, intelligence, business, and technology divisions and field offices to jointly prioritize technical and informational needs and drive informed, secure, and strategic investments.

The Program Manager plans, initiates, and strategically oversees information technology projects. Leads and guide the work of IT Leads while servings as liaison between the project teams and management. Plans and works in a well-defined lifecycle process while coordinating resources and meeting delivery dates.
1. Creates, monitors, and updates JIRA ticketing epics and features and produce status reports based on JIRA stages and input from the IT Lead.
2. Provides strategic oversight on a variety of projects ensuring viability and sustainability (JIRA workflow, FinOps support, Cloudscape Support, Financial Tracking support, SharePoint Support etc.).
3. Engages internal and external stakeholder to manage expectations and ensure alignment of project goals.
4. Identifies and mitigates risk while developing response strategies.
5. Presents to leadership on project status, risk/blockers and future taskings.
6. Defines scope, creates plans, sets milestones, manages resources.
7. Ensures quality end product and performs project closeouts validating activities are finalized by conducting a post-project evaluation.

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Top Secret security clearance required
• 5+ years experience in project management (AI & Data), Stakeholder Management, risk assessment, Agile Methodology, FinOps Licensing
Preferred:
• Experience in SharePoint, Financial Tracking support, FinOps and Cloudscape
