Policy Analyst II- Supply Chain & Data Visualization

Work You'll Do

Our team is seeking a technically skilled professional with proven experience building interactive dashboards, particularly in Qlik Sense or QlikView. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data integration, scripting, SQL, and data modeling, and comfortable connecting to diverse data sources such as spreadsheets, databases, and real-time streams. Experience designing intuitive and responsive dashboards-especially within platforms like Advana or similar environments-and the ability to craft dynamic visualizations or integrate AI-enhanced elements are highly valued.

• Design and Build Interactive Dashboards: Develop advanced, user-friendly dashboards using Qlik Sense (or QlikView), leveraging your expertise in data visualization to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Integrate and Model Data: Connect to a variety of data sources-including spreadsheets, databases, and real-time streaming feeds-using your proficiency in data integration, scripting, and SQL. Build robust data models to support dynamic reporting and analytics.
• Develop Custom Scripts and Solutions: Write and optimize scripts to automate data flows, enhance dashboard functionality, and ensure seamless connectivity across platforms.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with business and technical partners to gather requirements, iterate on dashboard designs, and ensure solutions meet user needs.
• Enhance User Experience: Design intuitive, responsive dashboards and visualizations, ideally with familiarity in Advana or similar platforms. Incorporate dynamic elements and, where possible, AI-enhanced features to elevate the user experience.
• Drive Technical Excellence: Apply your deep technical skills to strengthen our analytics capability, focusing on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be willing to go on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week
• Secret Clearance Required
• 2+ years experience supporting supply chain programs
• 2+ years in data analytics to including a combination of dashboard development, data integration and SQL
• 2+ years experience building data visualizations and dashboards with Qlik or Qlikview
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,600 to $134,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
