Work you'll do

As a VisierPeople Analytics Senior Consultant, you will engage with clients to advance their people analytics capabilities across strategy, people, process, data and technology and to help them to deliver business-driven, actionable people insights across work, workforce and workplace topics (e.g. attrition, mobility, future of work, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, etc).

You'll work with an experienced team to help organizations navigate the future with confidence, embracing decision-making with clear, data-driven insights. Depending on your passion, capability, and experience your project work could include the following:

  • Conduct current state assessments or discoveries to understand client people analytics maturity, synthesize findings, and communicate key themes.
  • Lead and support the development of a client's people analytics vision, strategy, operating model, and roadmap for scaling people analytics.
  • Utilize Human Capital Management (HCM), people analytics, or enterprise and BI platforms to design, build, test and deploy reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and predictive models based on project requirements.
  • Assist with end-to-end data and analytics processes, including cleansing and wrangling structured and unstructured data, designing, and building analytics and models, extracting insights and findings, visualizing outputs, and communicating outcomes to the client and other stakeholders.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data and analytics methods to analyze client data across HR and people analytics focus areas.
  • Define top client business questions and challenges by conducting client interviews, synthesizing findings, and identifying key themes coming out of discovery work and client communications.
  • Develop data visualizations that highlight key insights to help clients make informed business decisions related to human capital issues and communicate these insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Engage, communicate, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across geographies-both national and international-on both technical and non-technical people analytics topics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Human Capital Consulting and/or closely related experience in a consultative people analytics role.
  • 4+ years of experience with People Analytics tools, specifically including a combination of the following: Visier, Power BI, Tableau, and/or Workday HCM.
  • Proven experience with at least one Visier implementation, either by deploying Visier as the primary People Analytics platform for an organization or by expanding Visier capabilities through the implementation of new data subjects.
  • 4+ years of experience serving the HR Domain in areas such as recruiting, attrition, compensation and benefits, performance, and/or learning and development.
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience utilizing Visier to deliver actionable insights in the role of a People Analytics practitioner.
  • 4+ years of external Consulting experience within a firm environment.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in roles requiring regular communication with clients and global teams, including delivery of at least three formal presentations or reports to international audiences.
  • Led or managed at least two projects through the complete project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure), utilizing project management tools or methodologies and delivering technical solutions.
  • Designed or implemented at least one end-to-end People Analytics data pipeline, covering data sourcing, ingestion, transformation, and visualization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data visualization), Word (advanced formatting and document automation), and PowerPoint (custom templates and advanced animations).
  • Applied at least two advanced analytics techniques (such as regression analysis, clustering, or predictive modeling) in a minimum of two projects.
  • Successfully resolved at least two significant project or technical challenges, exercising strong judgment in decision-making.
  • Delivered at least two formal presentations and authored at least two written reports or whitepapers for executive or client audiences.
  • Independently managed at least twp concurrent projects or workstreams, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600-198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
