Organization Design & Effectiveness:
At Deloitte, the Organization Design & Effectiveness practice partners with business leaders to optimize their strategic ambitions assuring the right people and capabilities are in the right roles, in the right places. We help organizations work effectively, efficiently, and purposefully while they navigate challenges such as re-thinking operating models, adopting AI, and optimizing their labor force.
Work you'll do
As an Organization Design & Effectiveness Senior Consultant, you will leverage global methodologies and analytical tools to help clients align their organizational strategy and job architecture with enterprise goals.
You will:
- Develop and implement operating models and organizational strategies, including evaluating current and future state structures and enabling AI-enabled service delivery to achieve business objectives.
- Design and implement job architecture frameworks, including designing job families, conducting job mapping, and creating job descriptions.
- Develop and implement compensation strategies, including base pay, bonus programs, and salary structures, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Support workforce transitions by planning and executing talent migration strategies across all organizational levels.
- Facilitate the assignment and implementation of decision-making authority and accountability within both individual roles and group structures.
- Apply analytic and visualization tools to assess the employee and financial impact of design recommendations.
- Conduct market benchmarking and data analysis to ensure design recommendations are competitive and actionable.
- Analyze HRIS and other workforce data to identify opportunities and inform leader decision-making.
- Lead and manage project teams and workstreams to ensure delivery of key milestones and outcomes.
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness in client reporting, including preparing exhibits and executive summaries.
- Conduct client interviews, focus groups, and workshops to gather insights and understand strategic priorities.
- Contribute to business development by supporting marketing initiatives, developing eminence content (e.g., whitepapers), and preparing Statements of Work and proposals.
- Mentor and coach colleagues to support their professional growth and development within the Organization Design & Effectiveness practice.
- Engage in practice development initiatives, including culture building and active participation in the internal community.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum four (4) years relevant experience in professional consulting or industry role
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in organization design or job architecture.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following areas: operating model design, decision rights management, compensation strategy/design, or workforce transition planning.
- Minimum two (2) years of project-based experience in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling using Orgvue, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel, to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following areas: organization governance and decision rights, compensation program design, and workforce transition
- Advanced degree and/or MBA in a related specialization
- Led and managed teams of 3 - 10 members on multiple organization design, job architecture, or human capital strategy projects, overseeing execution of deliverables and supporting team performance.
- Demonstrated strong client presence by independently managing project timelines, facilitating workshops or presentations, and effectively guiding stakeholder discussions.
- Mentored at least two junior team members by providing formal feedback, supporting skill development, and contributing to their professional growth plans.
- Successfully contributed to collaborative team projects and delivered individual workstream assignments on deadline, across at least three separate projects or engagements.
- Managed 2 - 4 concurrent projects, consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables under competing priorities.
- Produced documents and presentations using PowerPoint and Excel, delivering clear verbal and written communications to audiences of varying seniority.
- Applied analytic and data visualization skills to support at least 3 projects, using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or other visualization platforms to drive decision-making.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,700 to $218,600.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
