Work you'll do

As a Diamond-level member of the Oracle Partner Network, Deloitte needs thought leaders like yourself to help pave the way for our clients and Oracle service line development. For our clients, our Oracle Procure to Pay ERP EBS / Cloud Consultants reduce cost and support innovation at the enterprise level by managing business requirements and leading the functional design prototyping and process design stages of Oracle EBS / Cloud implementations. Procure to Pay functional professional will lead the workstream an Oracle ERP EBS / Cloud implementation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Experienced in implementing Oracle EBS / Cloud Procure-to-Pay solutions.
  • Experienced in writing and reviewing test scripts for Oracle Cloud Procurement and Payables.
  • Experienced in using Excel with plans to balance and manage staff workloads.
  • Experienced in using project management software to analyze and maintain tasks in existing workplans.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Able to identify and resolve issues, in consultation with others.
  • Experienced in working with clients, onshore, and offshore teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of functional professional with consulting and / or industry experience.
  • 3+ years working directly with Business User as an Oracle EBS / Cloud P2P functional expert.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle EBS/Cloud Procure to Pay Modules
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Gather, analyze business requirements, and perform Fit-Gap analysis.
  • Active participation in preparing various project documents - Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Training materials.
  • Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.
  • Extensive experience leading client conversations around business processes.
  • Much have experience of working through Agile implementation methodology.
  • Extensive experience leading client conversations around business processes, leading industry practices.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven record of 1+ successful Oracle ERP EBS / Cloud Procure to pay implementations and a senior team member, team lead on at least 1 full cycle implementation.
  • Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Commitment to gaining exposure in multiple industries.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Experience mentoring junior staff.
