Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator - Senior Solution Specialist

Work you'll do/Responsibilities:

  • System analysis and design for the upgrade/administration of products such as the Oracle Identity Suite, Oracle Business Intelligence, APEX, OHS and Oracle WebLogic .
  • Managing sizing, scaling, performance tuning on multiple hosts.
  • Managing of password policies
  • Managing Schemas, attributes, object classes, export and import data and indexing,
  • Application of quarterly patching released by Oracle as well as any critical vulnerability patches.
  • Configuring the applications according to the Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) released by DISA
  • Addressing vulnerabilities reported weekly through application scans
  • Implementing DoD certificates on each host
  • Remediation of issues including working with Oracle Support
  • Configuring Single Sign On the applications to work with a third party authenticator for Common Access Card (CAC) authentication
  • Monitoring the application health and suggesting/implementing measures to ensure the health of the system
  • Alerting management to necessary application maintenance requirements and providing action plans
  • Providing leadership with suggestions for improvements to the functioning and performance of the applications
  • Documentation of all application configurations and maintaining currency of those documents
  • Documentation of all processes necessary to the management and monitoring of the applications as required by the contract and client's configuration management process

Qualifications Required:

  • 6+ years as an Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator and responsible for the installation/upgrades, configuration and support of the following Oracle Products:
    • Oracle Identity Management Suite
    • Oracle Identity Governance (OIG)
    • Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
    • Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)
  • 6+ years of experience with Oracle WebLogic and WebLogic Server as it pertains to the above applications
  • 6+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Adaptive Access Manager, Oracle Application Express, Oracle HTTP Server (OHS)
  • Experience leading/mentoring Deloitte and teammates and working directly with the client team
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • US Citizenship required
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a T3 Public Trust Clearance
  • Must have or be able to complete CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly prefer current training or certification on one of the above Oracle products
  • BI Publisher, Technical Documentation and strong writing skills preferred.
  • Team Lead Experience
  • Ability to multi-task & support multiple priorities.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
