Responsibilities will include:
- Identify, document, and manage business requirements.
- Contribute to functional and technical design, including prototyping and process design (such as scenario design and flow mapping).
- Support system configurations, customizations, report and interface development.
- Assist with testing activities and user training sessions.

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 4+ full-cycle ERP Financials implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12), with experience as a senior team member, team lead, or Project Manager on at least one project.
- Experience as a resource in at least one Oracle ERP Cloud project implementation (Release 10 or later).
- 6 + years of experience implementing Oracle Financials modules, such as:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA)
- Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Cash Management
- Fixed Assets
- Treasury
- EBTax
- Advanced Global Intercompany Systems (AGIS)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Invoice modules
- Hands-on Oracle ERP Cloud experience in at least one of the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Procurement, Expenses, or Enterprise Contracts.
- Demonstrated senior-level experience in:
- Defining systems strategy
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Leading fit-gap analysis
- Designing as-is and to-be business processes
- Conducting conference room pilots (CRPs)
- Functional configuration
- Testing and client user training
- Proven ability to collaborate with clients on business process enhancements.
- Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred:
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills using MS Visio and MS PowerPoint
- Demonstrated commitment to gaining experience across multiple industries
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with sound judgment
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members
- Advanced degree in area of specialization preferred
- Experience leading a full work stream for relevant Oracle applications

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
