As a Diamond-level member of the Oracle Partner Network, Deloitte needs thought leaders like yourself to help pave the way for our clients and Oracle service line development. The Enterprise Performance Management (ERP) suite of products in the Cloud presents new opportunities and our organization is looking to expand its capability to meet the growing business demand. The Oracle Cloud Project and Grants functional professional will lead the Projects and Grants workstream for an Oracle ERP implementation and Finance Process transformation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead day to day interactions with key client stakeholders, executive clients, and sponsors
  • Lead, manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions in areas Project and Grants for the client. Responsibilities include, among others, leading and managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, system configuration design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), conversion and integration efforts, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Functional professional with 3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing Oracle PPM modules like Project Billing, Project Costing, grants management and Project Contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior resource leading the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, report designs, conversions and integration efforts with different modules and other systems, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Preferred:

  • Oracle cloud PPM certified.
  • Hands on experience Oracle Cloud PPM costing, Billing, resource management and Project Management.
  • Extensive experience leading client conversations around chart of accounts design, and practices for mapping legacy to future state.
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization.
  • Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications.
