Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Join our AI & Engineering team by transforming technology platforms, driving innovation, and helping make a significant impact on our clients' success. You'll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and re-engineering operations and processes that are critical to business. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.

Transition support for our client in, Corporate Treasury, Tax, and Core applications from incumbent provider ITWorx to ensure uninterrupted operations, effective knowledge transfer, and optimized support processes for critical financial systems

  • Support, troubleshoot, and enhance .NET-based Treasury, Tax, and Core applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Administer, monitor, and optimize SQL Server databases, including data integrity, backups, and performance tuning
  • Respond to and resolve application and database issues, collaborating with business users and offshore teams as needed
  • Manage and execute deployment pipelines, automate build and release processes, and ensure smooth application updates using DevOps tools and best practices
  • Coordinate and implement application changes, patches, and upgrades in alignment with release schedules and compliance requirements
  • Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and support materials; facilitate knowledge transfer sessions with stakeholders
  • Liaise with Treasury, Tax, and Finance teams to gather requirements, provide status updates, and address support needs

Our flexible delivery models-traditional teams, pools, or pods-are tailored to each client's needs, offering engineering-led advisory, implementation, and operational capabilities to accelerate innovation.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience designing and developing .Net Applications
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server Administration and Query
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with API Support & Development
  • Minimum of 5 years expertise in DevOps experience
  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience providing technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, leading agile ceremonies, collaborating with product owners, and driving continuous improvement in code quality and delivery practices.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • No sponsorship available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
