MS Dynamics Technical Architect/Technical Lead

Work You'll Do
The Technical Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust technical solutions that meet business and client requirements. This role serves as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that architecture aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices. The Technical Architect provides technical leadership, oversees system integration, and ensures the scalability, security, and maintainability of technology solutions.
- Defining the overall architecture and technical vision for projects.
- Creating high-level architectural specifications and ensuring feasibility.
- Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and frameworks.
- Providing technical guidance and leadership to development teams.
- Ensuring that the architecture meets all requirements for performance, scalability, and security.
- Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics architecture and system design.
- Deep understanding of various Microsoft Dynamics architectural styles and design patterns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale Microsoft Dynamics projects.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active or ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Prior experience collaborating withVeterans Affairs stakeholdersto optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems(e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) within a federal agency environment.
