Work You'll Do:
As a key member of our Aviation Depot Level Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) team, you will leverage your expertise to enhance the operations of industrial fleet maintenance environments. You will work closely with clients to optimize their Depot Maintenance Systems, ensuring efficient shop floor processes and effective project management. Your leadership, communication, and analytical abilities will be critical as you facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and deliver high-value solutions. This role offers the opportunity to become a trusted advisor to clients through exceptional performance and impactful deliverables.

- Deploy knowledge of Aviation Depot Level Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul to drive operational improvements in industrial fleet maintenance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and articulate the process flow of the shop floor.
- Navigate client sites efficiently to facilitate meetings with key stakeholders.
- Elicit, document, and communicate functional requirements from clients to program leads.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to end users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with change management and communication efforts, engaging both site and enterprise leadership.
- Deliver outstanding client-facing deliverables, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and met.
- Build strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor through consistent delivery of high-value solutions and expert project management.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills in all client interactions.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active Top Secret Clearance required.
- 10+ years of Depot Level Maintenance, Overhaul and Repair Systems
- Ability to travel up to 25% on average (1-2 days per week), based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,025 - $220,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
