This position is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of the end-to-end solution delivery process including resource allocation, serving as the primary interface with the client, and directing a cross-functional team to achieve established goals.

This role will manage solution delivery through a variety of activities including process design, data analytics, solution configuration, and deployment, establishing performance metrics and new policies, testing, and knowledge management.

The role requires deep analytical, technical, and complex problem-solving skills with knowledge of optimization methods, financial computations, statistical analysis, and advanced mathematical modeling techniques. It also requires exposure to data science, and associated software and programming technologies. Additionally, this role requires exposure to advanced planning systems and tools (Kinaxis, etc.)

The successful candidate will be a skilled leader with a proven track record of driving results, exceeding client expectations, building trust across the organization, applying critical thinking and business management skills, and managing diverse groups of people and projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure business processes developed from business/data requirement documentation adhere to industry best practices and align with client objectives and business model. Oversee collection and analysis of necessary data from various sources
  • Support engagement partners and managers with capability listings, and effort estimates to define project scope, timelines, and execute signoffs with customers
  • Perform detailed discovery sessions with business users to understand and document RapidResponse configuration requirements, including: the customers' supply chain network, operating model, system landscape, planning processes, as well as objectives and targets for Kinaxis implementation.
  • Translate business requirements into Kinaxis RapidResponse software specifications, following supply chain industry trends and best practices.
  • Select standard functionalities in RapidResponse and design data model changes, solution configuration and customizations.
  • Lead solution blueprinting and detailed design activities and
  • Assign configuration tasks to project members according to their skills, review deliverables and track completion
  • Apply advanced mathematical models to address customer requirements
  • Understand Supply Chain Industry trends and benchmark customers performance against the same.
  • Support data management and data integration activities, including source systems data transformation, data loading into RapidResponse, data cleanup and validation.
  • Support services sales opportunities working with the Account Executives and Client Partners.
  • Support customer and project team on Quality Control/Quality Assurance practices to the configured solution, including executing unit test scripts and supporting the execution of end-to-end tests and user acceptance tests.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of solution issues
  • Assess project performance and document lessons learned to increase institutional knowledge. Ensure solutions team adheres to Kinaxis methodologies and quality standards

Required Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics
  • 7+ years of experience implementing any supply chain Advanced Planning Solutions like o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, OMP, E2Open, etc.
  • Certified as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or has completed all requirements for Kinaxis Solution Architect certification
  • Firsthand experience in leading a team through at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of a supply chain planning solution including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, testing, go-live/cutover, hyper care, and value realization
  • Experience in Agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

  • Advanced Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics
  • Thorough understanding of supply chain planning concepts, processes (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP, etc.), KPIs and best practices in supply chain planning
  • Experience presenting on complex topics in a clear, concise, and effective manner
  • Strong analytical skills, data mining knowledge, and proficiency in handling and processing large volumes of data
  • Ability to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks
  • Ability to communicate mathematical, technical, or software usage concepts to audiences with limited background / knowledge on the subject
  • Ability to drive and work in cross-functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones and across multiple hierarchy levels
  • Experience leading a project team in a project client environment.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $125,000 to $255,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
