Position Summary

Our Operations Transformation offering provides NextGen core operational solutions and operating models, business-led technology support, and process optimization services, maximizing value to our government clients' missions.

Work You'll Do

• Perform critical functions related to onboarding community care providers in the External Provider Scheduling tool.

• Perform research on community care providers, accessing and analyzing referral data from a Palantir database, entering onboarding opportunities into WellHive's instance of Salesforce, and tracking onboarding process throughout the life cycle.

• This roles requires deep knowledge of the External Provider Scheduling program, the Provider Profile Management System (PPMS), Health Share Referral Manager (HSRM), WellHive's Salesforce, and community care referral data.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

• Experience working with the following:• Provider Profile Management System (PPMS)

• Health Share Referral Manager (HSRM)

• PETS and MSA Booking Activity dashboard

• Knowledge and experience with the EPS Program

• WellHive's software

Preferred:

• Experience working with Healthcare Providers

• Referral Network

• Salesforce

• Scheduling
