Position Summary

Work You'll Do
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of integration solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Design, build, and deploy product-based data integration and ETL solutions.
- Develop, manage, and troubleshoot EDI transactions, including 834, 835, 837, 270/271, 999, and TA1.
- Build and maintain integrations that support secure and accurate healthcare data exchange.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architecture guidance, and enforcement of development best practices.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve data integration workflows for performance and reliability.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support production deployments, monitor integration performance, and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing data integration and ETL solutions.
- 3+ years of experience working with healthcare EDI transactions, including 834, 835, 837, 270/271, 999, and TA1.
- 1+ years of experience supporting full-cycle production deployments and resolving post-production integration issues within defined SLA timelines.
- Ability to travel 15-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience leading technical teams, including conducting code reviews and providing design guidance.
- Experience with healthcare data standards and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and data governance controls.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize integration workflows, with measurable improvements in processing performance, error reduction, or data quality.
