Position Summary

Work You'll Do:

Seeking a consultant to provide strategic and programmatic support during major organizational and system transitions to fulfill Campaign Plan activities for a Readiness mission.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Making strategic decisions using your knowledge of real property, leases, relocatable, and related programs
  • Guiding project plans and processes with your understanding of the organizational structure
  • Ensuring compliance and operational efficiency through your understanding of government documents/Instructions related to the Energy Management Program
  • Applying your knowledge of expeditionary Table of Allowance (TOA), Civil Engineer Support Equipment (CESE), tools, and repair parts in project execution
  • Utilizing your comprehension of transportation and fleet vehicle management and CESE policies and programs for optimal logistics and operations
  • Guiding project activities and decisions with your knowledge of Systems Command (SYSCOM) policies
  • Employing your knowledge of the deployment of expeditionary, medical units, or related assets in strategic planning and implementation
  • Using your experience and knowledge in strategic basing to optimize project outcomes
  • Designing and facilitating strategic workshops and client meetings to drive project goals and objectives
  • Executing quick turn tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Developing and executing business process improvement initiatives considering return on investment, short and long-term management, and policy compliance
  • Managing project tasks using your knowledge of Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) or equivalent tasker system
  • Producing briefing slides, metric charts, program schedules, and organizational charts

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Planning, Budgeting, Scheduling, Transportation, Space and Base Planning, Expeditionary Facility and Environmental Operations, and Energy Conservation
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Transportation and Fleet Vehicle Management policies and programs
  • Must possess an active Secret Clearance
  • Degree in Civil, Transportation, Energy, or Construction Engineering
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification
