Work you'll do
Under the direction and guidance of the Foreign Disclosure Officer, executes, implements, and manages the Commands overall Foreign Disclosure Program. This position requires an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the National Foreign Disclosure Program IAW National and DoD Foreign Disclosure Directives and Policies. Performs duties independently involving the formulation of foreign disclosure policies and procedures, and coordination of complex and multiple staffing actions; and coordinates with high-level officials at O6 and higher by executing and updating assigned disclosure actions in response to request. The Security Manager responsible for all matters of security clearance submission, tracking and processing of requisite and required security related information.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Active Secret clearance required
- 5 years of combined experience in intelligence, security, and foreign disclosure of with at least one (1) year of foreign disclosure experience within the last three (3) years
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Work is performed in Honolulu, Hawaii
- Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- TS with SCI eligibility preferred
- Masters degree preferred
- Experience supporting teams across multiple locations
- Completed DIA Foreign Disclosure in-residence.
- Ability to understand and implement all DOD Security Manager and Foreign Disclosure regulations and policies.
- Must be willing and able to work with the Staff and leadership on a range of disclosure and security related issues.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
