Event Manager - Project Delivery Specialist - Customer

Plan and manage events by coordinating logistics, partnering with agencies, and ensuring seamless execution from conception to completion. Oversee project timelines, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and drive content development and communication efforts to engage target audiences effectively. Analyze event and marketing data to generate actionable reports, continuously optimizing strategies for greater impact.

  • Manages end-to-end coordination of events, from planning to post-event evaluation
  • Creates and distributes briefing materials and email communications for internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversees account-based marketing activities, including bespoke content creation
  • Executes region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
  • Handles logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications

Required

  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation in dynamic business environments.
  • Minimum of 4 years' proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience with stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of successful agency partnerships
  • Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience with content development and data analysis, including the ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events, demonstrating creative problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker Marketing dashboards access, KNAK, GMail, Hangouts, Google Sites, Moma, Gather, GWS, AMP, Looker, Marketo, Sandbox (Budgeting Platform), Guts (Internal ticketing tool), Formbox)
  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,800-$163,215

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
