As a Risk Quantification & Modeling Specialist , you are responsible for supporting the ERM team with various duties and functions including Risk Management, Risk Strategies, Risk Analysis and Risk Quantification. The ERM team is responsible for executing risk management projects for client(s) including planning the ERM program design, developing the ERM program and implementing ERM program strategies. Our enterprise risk management professionals advise state, local, federal and higher education clients on the enterprise risks that interfere with the organization's ability to meet mission goals. Applicants must be able to problem solve, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Role sits in Arlington, VA.

Duties include but not limited to

  • Digesting large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information and design briefings for senior leadership (SES) review
  • Creation and planning of objectives and policies that will achieve successful Risk identification, management and governance
  • Conducting risk analysis, risk dashboarding and risk mitigation planning

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Secret security clearance required, or ability to obtain quickly
  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas - risk management, or cyber risk management
  • Experience with managing risks to an organization, its employees, stakeholders, assets and operations
  • Experience supporting risk strategies, objectives and policies that will achieve successful risk identification, management and governance
  • Experience with conducting risk analysis, risk dashboarding or risk mitigation planning
  • Risk quantification and quantitative background experience
  • Prior Military experience (either as a Fed or Contractor) or experience supporting the defense industry
  • Ability to work onsite in Arlington VA at least 4 days a week

Preferred:

  • Active Top Secret security clearance
  • Previous Federal Government or Consulting experience
