EHR Oracle PathNet Consultant
Position Summary
Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:
- Support an EHR modernization project.
- Possess a deep expertise in Oracle Cerner/Millennium platforms and have a strong understanding of both clinical and business workflows, particularly within behavioral health and ambulatory care settings.
- Combine project management skills with Oracle Health Solutions knowledge to drive successful EHR design, build, and optimization for assigned clinical and business domain groups.
- Analyze, document, and optimize clinical and business workflows related to Oracle Cerner/Millennium EHR platforms, focusing on behavioral health and ambulatory care domains.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Minimum three years of relevant healthcare experience in a clinical or business role.
Preferred:
- Experience working in behavioral health and/or ambulatory care settings.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cerner/Millennium platforms.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, including system assessment and implementation.
- Knowledge of Health Information Management and integration implementation.
- Experience providing PMO (Project Management Office) support.
- Strong understanding of clinical and business workflows in one or more Oracle Health Solutions domains, especially behavioral health and ambulatory.
- Demonstrated ability to recommend configuration options that align with best practice workflows.
