Work You'll Do
As the Global VP of Sales, you will be responsible for:
Strategic Relationship Leadership
Lead Deloitte's most critical global alliance relationships with an emphasis on market-facing engagement and revenue generation.
- Build and deepen executive relationships with CxOs and senior leadership across alliance partners.
- Serve as the external face of Deloitte's alliance strategy in joint business planning, executive QBRs, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Ensure strong alignment of goals, messaging, and market positioning between Deloitte and alliance partners.
Joint Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
Architect and activate globally integrated GTM strategies that generate new business and deepen client impact.

- Co-create joint offerings and value propositions that align to market trends and client priorities.
- Partner with business line and sector leaders to scale joint sales plays and activate them in priority markets.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and lead efforts to commercialize them at scale.
Alliance Sales Leadership
Own the alliance's commercial performance and sales acceleration agenda globally.
- Lead cross-functional co-sell strategies and pipeline activation with Deloitte and partner sales teams.
- Drive accountability for alliance-influenced revenue (sell-with, sell-to, resell) across regions and sectors.
- Influence key deals, pursuits, and strategic client conversations where the alliance brings competitive advantage.
Market Impact & Thought Leadership
Position the alliance at the forefront of the market through external visibility, client engagement, and thought leadership.
- Represent the alliance at flagship events, industry forums, and executive summits.
- Collaborate with partner and Deloitte marketing teams to build joint brand presence and demand generation campaigns.
- Sponsor marquee initiatives that elevate the alliance's presence and positioning in the marketplace.
Ecosystem & Executive Influence
Help shape Deloitte's broader ecosystem strategy by influencing firmwide priorities and external collaborations.
- Champion ecosystem collaboration as a strategic growth lever for Deloitte and its alliance partners.
- Advise firm leaders on alliance positioning in strategic pursuits and signature issue platforms.
- Contribute to long-range planning and growth strategy discussions involving alliance investments and priorities.
The team
Deloitte Consulting Growth Platforms Team is made up of professional relationship managers, relationship marketers and technical architects who understand the principles that drive successful alliance relationships. Together, they enable differentiated, innovative go-to-market solutions between our practice and alliance partners that bring quantified value to our clients and incremental revenue to the firm.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, advanced degree a plus
- 8+ years professional experience
- Working knowledge of Databricks
- Experience articulating value proposition for alliance products.
- Experience fostering and driving relationships within the relevant business lines of your alliance.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including senior level executives, consulting resources, technical teams, and sales representatives.
- Experience translating technical information into business and sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools
- Up to 50% travel required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred
- Understand the competitive landscape of Databricks
- Strong network within Databricks
- Alliance management experience or equivalent experience working with vendors.
- Experience working in or with System Integrators, such as Deloitte.

- Savvy at navigating complex organizations and connecting the right people within each organization.
- Ability to think strategically, while staying focused on monitoring the progress of action items and bringing them to conclusion within appropriate time frames.
- Ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders to develop joint go-to-market sales and solution opportunities.
- Excellent team player. Effective at sharing and communicating knowledge and supporting teammates in times of increased workload.
- Highly organized and self-sufficient, successful with limited direction, upbeat and enthusiastic.
- Strong executive presence, complimented by clear and convincing communication skills to respective client teams through oral, written, and formal presentation mediums.
- High degree of integrity by honoring commitments and demonstrating consistent and predictable follow-up.
- Strong aptitude and passion for driving operational detail and market impact.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $175,300 - $322,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
