Academy Operate Analyst
Work You'll Do:
As an Academy Operate Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting Deloitte Academy Operate projects under our Academy-as-a-Service (AaaS) offering. AaaS is designed to help clients build and deliver impactful learning solutions for employees, clients, and partners. In this role, you will:
- Support project coordination, assisting with quality, schedule, risk, issues, and resource tracking.
- Collaborate with team members on operational processes for delivering learning solutions, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and ongoing improvement.
- Assist with day-to-day communications and coordination between Academy leaders, clients, and other key stakeholders.
- Contribute to delivery teams by supporting project tasks, preparing documentation, and organizing deliverables.
- Contribute research and analysis to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing Academy-as-a-Service (AaaS) offerings.
- Collect and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, support business objectives, and suggest improvements.
- Support compliance activities by tracking project adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Assist with the organization and support of learning experience design and development activities, including:
- Supporting documentation of learning organization and governance processes
- Assisting with learning curation and operations management
- Helping with curriculum and learning content analysis
- Supporting the implementation and use of digital learning tools and technologies
- Track and update components of the learning product roadmap under guidance from project leads
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 6 months of full-time work experience in management consulting or a related industry
- Minimum of 6 months of experience supporting at least two concurrent projects (each with 2+ team members or stakeholders), including maintaining project plans and supporting timeline tracking
- Minimum of 6 months of experience coordinating with multiple stakeholder groups (e.g., clients, internal teams, or vendors), including supporting meetings, documenting decisions, and preparing written communications (emails, memos, or presentations)
- Demonstrated regular interaction with digital learning technologies at least once a week for a minimum of 6 months with platforms such as Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, or equivalents.
- Experience assisting with the logistics for at least three training events or workshops (in-person or virtual), including scheduling, communications, resource/material preparation, and post-event tasks
- A minimum of 6 months of hands-on learning management system experience (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone), such as assigning courses, monitoring learner progress and/or generating reports
- A minimum of 6 months of practical experience maintaining training content in online platforms such as an LMS, SharePoint, or similar system.
- Ability to travel 0-50% on average, depending on project needs and client/industry served

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, with at least 6 months experience using Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and developing client-ready PowerPoint presentations for executive-level audiences.
The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900 to $134,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
