Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Sacramento, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage information technology projects, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle for the development of Cloud-based technologies. Manage end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud by leading the design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing 12 Factor Design Methodology, PowerShell, Terraform, Microsoft (MS) Azure Automation, Azure WebApp, and WebJob to manage design and development for Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services;
- Managing technical teams in order to architect, build and deploy multi-cloud solutions in Azure Cloud, Redis, and Elastic Cloud to support enterprise clients;
- Defining, tracking, and measuring overall department performance and metrics, creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources and monitoring project progress utilizing Azure DevOps, MS SharePoint, New Relic, and Helix;
- Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology solutions using System Architecture, Data and Process Flow Diagrams, Solution Architecture, Testing Frameworks, and DevOps;
- Developing data migration plans from legacy platforms to private and public cloud platforms, including Azure, Redis, and Elastic Cloud;
- Managing teams in designing solutions within cloud infrastructures using Azure DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Pipelines and Automation, Visual Studio Code (VS Code), Team Foundation Server (TFS), Git, and Agile methodology; and,
- Managing the development, communication, and implementation of organizations' DevOps capabilities, including continuous integration, continuous test automation, continuous delivery pipelines, and application monitoring, using Azure DevOps, TFS, Git, Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) and Agile methodology.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $131,175 - $218,625
